Gawsworth Hall

The day out at Gawsworth Hall proved to be yet another great day out. Especially as it was the first day that we have had to try out our new display. All of the display went together without a hitch. All of the poles and chain worked out a treat. Our flag and new banner with its ridged holder worked well . A table and table cloth and a centre piece finished off the inside and all looked the part. We still have a few bits to get and these are in hand. Our display was by far the best of the day. It was a very cold day but inside our gazebo we all kept quite “cold”. But we still had a good old laugh. An old friend of ours came over to see us and stayed all day. Bob was his name; You cant miss him in the photo as he is the only one wearing a pair of shorts. The proverbial visit to the local was called for so we could all warm up and have a pint and something to eat. Soup and a sandwich was on the menu. “I think that this is a good time to finish this month so enjoy the photos and see you all at the next meeting.”
